3.3.1.4.4 Support infrastructure<br />
Support infrastructure is considered to be very limited. Infrastructure means resource centres,<br />
organizational capacity, information data banks and technical assistance programs throughout<br />
the country.<br />
The INOSC07 shows that 58% of respondents felt that support infrastructure is very limited,<br />
20% spoke of the complete absence of infrastructure and only 5% felt that there was a welldeveloped<br />
organizational infrastructure.<br />
