Chapter 7: Opening the Thrusting Channels<br />

2. Middle Thrusting Channel<br />

From the perineum, split the pearl, and bring the pearl down the<br />

backs of both legs to the soles of both feet. Absorb the Earth Energy<br />

through the soles, then move the energy up to the toes, to the<br />

knees, returning to the perineum. Recombine the pearl at the<br />

perineum. Now bring the pearl all the way up the Middle Thrusting<br />

Channel, squeezing the middle of the anus and looking up with<br />

both eyes. Bring the pearl all the way up through all the organs and<br />

glands to the crown, and out to three inches (seven and a half<br />

centimeters) above the crown. Then bring it down to the perineum<br />

again.<br />

3. Right Thrusting Channel<br />

From the perineum, split the pearl, and bring it down the backs<br />

of both legs. Absorb the Earth Energy through the soles of the feet.<br />

Then bring the pearl up again to the perineum. Recombine the<br />

pearl at the perineum. Use the right anus muscle, look up with the<br />

right eye, and bring the pearl all the way up the Right Thrusting<br />

Channel through the right hemisphere of the brain and out of the<br />

crown three inches (seven and a half centimeters.) Bring it down<br />

to the perineum.<br />

Continue bringing the pearl to the Thrusting Channels in the following<br />

sequence: left, middle, right, middle, left, middle, right,<br />

middle, and left, finishing each step by looping the pearl through<br />

the leg route. End on the left side of the perineum. Swallow the<br />

saliva, as described before.<br />

B. Bring the Energy into the Ground<br />

Once you have practiced bringing the pearl down to the soles of<br />

the feet for a while, add a new step. Begin by shooting the energy<br />

from the perineum down the backs of the legs and through the<br />

soles of the feet, from six inches to one foot into the ground. Feel a<br />

connection or rooting to the earth, then draw the energy up to the<br />

soles of the feet, to the toes, up the front of the legs, and into the<br />

Thrusting Channels.<br />

With this step you have completed opening all the Thrusting<br />

Channels. Practice for two or three weeks until you develop full<br />

control of the energy traveling through these channels.<br />

7. Men and Women Now Practice Differently<br />

At this stage all the Thrusting Channels and Leg Routes are<br />
