b. When both pakuas are spiraling, focus on the center and look<br />

down while being aware of the front and the back pakuas. Chant<br />

Yin-Yang and spiral with your mind’s eye in the center. Feel the<br />

big space of the front pakua and the back pakua coming into the<br />

center, merging together and creating a big space inside you for<br />

the cauldron. Feel the cauldron inside you spiraling like a big<br />

ball of fire, creating a suction in the middle of the front and the<br />

back pakua. Feel that, while you continue to chant the Tai Chi<br />

subvocally, the energies of both pakuas are sucked into the center,<br />

the cauldron. Feel the fire burning in the cauldron like a candle.<br />

Be aware of your center and of the energy there.<br />
