15. Bring the pearl down to the right side of the neck at the level of<br />
the Throat Center, and circle right to C-7 at the back of the<br />
neck, to the left, and to the front of the throat center. Circle nine<br />
times, ending at the front. Cross the front, back, and two sides,<br />
also ending by bringing the pearl to the front.<br />
16. Bring the pearl down to the right side rib cage at the Heart<br />
Center level. Circle the pearl toward the right, to the back,and<br />
so forth clockwise for nine times, ending at the front of the heart<br />
center. Then, use the pearl to cross the front, back, and two<br />
sides. Return the pearl to the front again.<br />
17. Move the pearl to the Solar Plexus. Circle it nine times to T-11<br />
at the back, and return to the solar plexus. Cross the front,<br />
back, and sides. Return the pearl to the front.<br />
18. Bring the pearl down to the Navel. Circle it back to the Door of<br />
Life, and back to the navel nine times. From the navel bring the<br />
pearl to the cauldron, back toward the Door of Life, and return it<br />
to the cauldron. Use the pearl to cross the right and left sides.<br />
Return the pearl to the navel.<br />
Descending From the Pakuas to the Earth.<br />
19. Once you have controlled the pearl to this stage of the meditation,<br />
you are ready to move the pearl down to the Sexual Center.<br />
Women bring the pearl down to the right side of the ovary<br />
center, located three inches below the navel. Men bring the pearl<br />
from the navel down to the right side of the sperm palace, one<br />
and a half inches below the navel. Circle clockwise back to the<br />
sacrum, to the left hip, and to the front of the ovary center/sperm<br />
palace nine times. Use the pearl to make a cross. Return the<br />
pearl to the front of the sexual center.<br />
20. Bring the pearl down to the right groin. Circle the pearl clockwise<br />
around the Perineum Point and Lower Hips nine times.<br />
Use the pearl to form a cross by connecting the front, back,<br />
and sides. Return the pearl to the front.<br />
21. Move the energy down and circle toward the back of Both<br />
Knees, around and to the front, midway between both knees,<br />
moving the pearl clockwise nine times. Use the pearl to form a<br />
cross by moving the pearl to the midpoint between the knees<br />
and connecting the front, back, and sides from this point. End<br />
with the pearl midway between the fronts of both knees.<br />
