11. Allow the pearl out above the crown. Circle the energy nine<br />
times forming a Halo of Energy. Use the pearl to cross the<br />
halo, front to back, and left to right. Collect the energy from<br />
above the head.<br />
Descending Back to the Pakuas<br />
12. Reverse the energy flow to a clockwise direction. Circle the<br />
Halo nine times. Then cross it front to back, and right to left<br />
sides.<br />
13. Bring the pearl back to the Crown. Circle to the right nine times.<br />
Then use the pearl to cross the front, back, and two sides.<br />
14. Move the pearl down to the upper tip of the right ear. Circle from<br />
the right ear to the mideyebrow. Repeat nine times. Use the<br />
pearl to form a cross and return it to mideyebrow.<br />
15. Bring the pearl down to the right side of the neck at the Throat<br />
Center. Circle right to C-7 at the back of the neck. Return to the<br />
front again. Circle nine times. Cross the front, back, and two<br />
sides. Bring the pearl to the front.<br />
16. Bring the pearl down to the right side of the Heart Center. Circle<br />
it clockwise nine times, ending at the front. Then, use the pearl<br />
to cross the front, back, and sides. Return the pearl to the front<br />
again.<br />
17. Move the pearl to the Solar Plexus. Circle it nine times to T-11<br />
at the back, and return to the solar plexus. Cross the front,<br />
back, and sides. Return the pearl to the front.<br />
18. Bring the pearl down to the Navel. Circle it back to the Door of<br />
Life, and back to the navel nine times. From the navel bring the<br />
pearl to the cauldron, back toward the Door of Life, and return it<br />
to the cauldron. Use the pearl to cross the right and left sides.<br />
Return the pearl to the navel.<br />
Descending from the Pakuas to the Earth.<br />
19. Once you have controlled the pearl to this stage of the meditation,<br />
you are ready to move the pearl down to the Sexual Center.<br />
Women bring the pearl down to the right side of the ovary<br />
center, located three inches below the navel. Men bring the pearl<br />
from the navel down to the right side of the sperm palace, one<br />
and a half inches below the navel. Circle clockwise back to the<br />
sacrum, to the left hip, and to the front of the ovary center/sperm<br />
palace nine times. Use the pearl to make a cross. Return the<br />
pearl to the front of the sexual center.<br />
