Yves Rutschmann is a partner at Bredin Prat specialising in French<br />
and international tax. He has developed a particular expertise in tax<br />
issues relating to French and cross-border mergers, corporate<br />
restructuring and private equity transactions. Prior to having joined<br />
Bredin Prat, he was an associate at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre<br />
(1995-2002). Yves Rutschmann graduated from the French<br />
business school Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC, 1992) and the<br />
University of Paris Law School (Maîtrise and D.E.S.S. in French<br />
Business and <strong>Tax</strong> Law, 1994). He has been a member of the Paris<br />
Bar since 1995. He is also fluent in English.<br />

Anne Robert joined Bredin Prat in 2007. She graduated from the<br />
French business school Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC, 2005),<br />
the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (DESS in International <strong>Tax</strong><br />
Law, 2005) and from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne<br />
(DEA in French Business and Economic Law, 2006). She is a<br />
member of the Paris Bar. She is also fluent in English.<br />
