Guillermo O. Teijeiro enjoys strong professional relationships with<br />
public officials and technical staff at both the Argentine Ministry of<br />
Economy and the Federal <strong>Tax</strong> Revenue Agency. Regard for his<br />
professional stature has enabled him to remain a prominent<br />
spokesperson on behalf of businesses and taxpayers, regardless of<br />
political change. Mr. Teijeiro is recognised as a leading Argentine tax<br />
lawyer by Revista Apertura, Which Lawyer, Who’s Who of <strong>Corporate</strong><br />
<strong>Tax</strong> Lawyers, Chambers Latin America, Best Lawyer as well as Latin<br />
Lawyer 250 and World <strong>Tax</strong> 2008. He is a Professor of International<br />
<strong>Tax</strong>ation (Masters Program in <strong>Tax</strong>ation) and <strong>Corporate</strong> Income<br />
<strong>Tax</strong>ation (Masters Program in Business Law) at the Argentine<br />

Law Committee of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, Mr. Teijeiro<br />
was a member of the Board of Directors of the Buenos Aires Bar<br />
Association and is a member of the Board of the Argentine<br />
Association of Fiscal Studies --IFA Branch--. Mr. Teijeiro is also a<br />
member of the International Fiscal Association, where he<br />
participated as Argentina’s Reporter (Cancún, 1992, Kyoto, 2007)<br />
and Panelist (Toronto, 1994, Sydney, 2003). Mr. Teijeiro is also a<br />
member of the International Fiscal Association’s Permanent<br />

Ana Lucía Ferreyra, a William J. Fulbright Scholarship (2002-2003)<br />
and University of Florida graduate (LL.M. 2003), joined N&T in<br />
October 2003. She works primarily in the international taxation<br />
field. She is a member of the International Bar Association where<br />
she was distinguished as runner-up of the 2004 <strong>Tax</strong> Scholarship<br />
Program and served as National Reporter and Panellist for the 2005<br />
Prague Conference and National Reporter for the 2006 Chicago<br />
Conference. Ms. Ferreyra is an Associate Professor of International<br />
<strong>Tax</strong>ation University (Masters Program in <strong>Tax</strong>ation) and <strong>Corporate</strong><br />
Income <strong>Tax</strong>ation (Masters Program in Business Law) at the<br />
Argentine Catholic University.<br />
