Mr Szabolcs Erdos, leading the Gide Loyrette Nouel Budapest tax<br />
practice, is an economist and a registered tax advisor (certified by<br />
the Ministry of Finance), as well as a certified accountant. For eight<br />
years, including five years at the tax department of Ernst & Young,<br />
Szabolcs has gained significant tax advisory expertise specialising in<br />
Hungarian and international corporate income tax, value added tax<br />
and relating direct and indirect taxation, including particularly tax<br />
optimisation of both international and domestic M&A deals and<br />
various other transactions, tax due diligence, general tax<br />
consultancy, tax authority procedures and accounting. In addition,<br />
