Dennis has been a Partner at Arias & Muñoz since 2002.<br />
His experience is renowned by the Honduran banking system and he<br />
has participated in international transactions, advising local and<br />
international companies seeking to invest in the country.<br />
He served as the Secretary to the President of the Supreme Court of<br />
Justice of Honduras and Professor of Commercial and Advanced<br />
Commercial Law at Universidad Autónoma de Honduras.<br />
He has a Degree in Law Practice from Universidad Nacional<br />
Autónoma de Honduras (1984). He also pursued a Doctorate<br />
Degree of Commercial Law from the Universidad Autónoma de<br />
Honduras with a combined programme from the Universidad de<br />
Buenos Aires (1986-88).<br />
He is authorised as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the<br />
Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras (1991).<br />
He is fluent in Spanish, English and has a working knowledge of<br />
Italian.<br />
