Nils Sköld is a partner at Kilpatrick Stockton. He holds a Law
degree from the University of Stockholm. He has devoted his career
to the practice of tax law - initially within the Swedish administrative
court system and for the last thirteen years as an adviser. Nils Sköld
is frequently called upon to assist with e.g. tax planning for major
real estate transactions, fund structures and by insurance
companies. In addition to his extensive experience in the field of
income tax law, Nils Sköld has a thorough understanding and
knowledge of VAT law.

David Björne has been an associate at Kilpatrick Stockton since
2006, where he practices mainly in the field of tax law. After
receiving his Law degree from the University of Uppsala in 1999
and completing an internship at Linklater’s Stockholm office, he
worked in the Swedish court system where he was appointed
associate judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal in Stockholm.
David Björne’s experience and knowledge range across the whole
tax field, but is particularly focused on corporate taxation.
