Efficiency<br />

outputs.Theassessmentofefficiencyattemptsto linkoutputstoresourcesexpendedandassesseswhether<br />
thishappenedaseconomicallyandas feasibleaspossibleandtheextenttowhichthequantityandquality<br />
oftheresultsjustifythequantityandqualityofthemeansusedforachievingthemandwhetherthesewere<br />
achievedon time.In theimplementationofthe CPAP,assesshowefficientlytheinputsand resourceswere<br />
utilizedtoproducetheresultsoroutputsregarding thefollowing:<br />
