Heat / Cool Changeover Setpoint<br />

The OAT that will determine if heating or cooling<br />

will have priority. When the OAT is above this<br />

temperature cooling will have priority, When the<br />

OAT is below this temperature heating will have<br />

priority. Set this value to Null and the controller will<br />

calculate this point automatically based on the current<br />

supply air temperature setpoint.<br />

OAT Reset<br />

This point allows the use of the OAT reset. When<br />

enabled the supply air setpoint will be reset based on<br />

the outside air conditions When it is 40°F (Adj.) the<br />

reset will control to the supply only heating setpoint,<br />

as the OAT rises the supply setpoint will reset<br />

upwards towards the supply air cooling setpoint at<br />

80°F (Adj.).<br />

Humidity Setpoints<br />

Occ Space RH Setpt<br />

Combined with the space relative humidity (RH)<br />

deadband to determine the (occupied and<br />

unoccupied) dehumidification mode. In the occupied<br />

mode, dehumidification is True when the outside<br />

dewpoint is greater than the outside dewpoint<br />

setpoint or the space relative humidity is greater than<br />

the space relative humidity setpoint.<br />

Dehumidification is False when the outside dewpoint<br />

is less than the outside dewpoint setpoint minus the<br />

outside dewpoint deadband and the space relative<br />

humidity is less than the space relative humidity<br />

setpoint minus the space relative humidity deadband.<br />

Notes: The outside dewpoint is calculated from the<br />

outside relative humidity and outside temperature.<br />

Unoccupied dehumidification can be determined<br />

based on space relative humidity or space dewpoint<br />

(selectable).<br />

OA Dewpt Setpt<br />

Combined with the outside dewpoint deadband to<br />
