Unocc RH Setpt
In the unoccupied mode, Unoccupied Cooling +
Dehumidification is True when the space humidity is
greater than the space unoccupied humidity setpoint,
and the unoccupied dehumidification control is set to
space humidity. Unoccupied Cooling +
Dehumidification is False when the space humidity is
less than the unoccupied space humidity setpoint
minus one half the space unoccupied humidity
deadband. Unoccupied dehumidification can be
determined based on space relative humidity or space
dewpoint (selectable) but does not use outside
conditions.
Editable
Range: 0-100%
Default: 55°F
Occ Hardwired
Must be False if the occupancy is determined either
by the local time clock/schedule or a network
command (LonTalk, BACnet, etc.). Occupancy
Hardwired must be True if the occupancy is to be
determined by the hardwired occupancy input -
Universal Input 15 on the controller.
Editable
Range: False, True
Default: False
Unocc Clg Sup SP
If the night cool style is set to setpoint, the unit will
control to this setpoint any time it is running in
unoccupied cooling mode.
Editable
Range: 55°F
Default: 45 to 95°F
Unocc Ht Sup SP
If the night heat style is set to setpoint, the unit will
control to this setpoint any time it is running in
unoccupied heating mode.
Editable
Range: 90°F
Default: 45 to 95°F
Unocc Fan Spd
Displays and edits the speed the supply fan VFD will
run when unoccupied. When unit is started in night
heating, cooling, or dehumidification the supply fan
will run at this percentage of full speed. Unless the
supply fan is controlling to maintain a duct or space
static pressure, CO2, or is set up for a remote fan
input.
Editable
Range: 50-100%
Default: 100%
Range: True, False
UnOcc Dmp Pos
Position of the damper on recirculation units during
unoccupied operation.
Editable
Range: 0-100%
Default: 0%
Night Cool Style
Allows user to select how the unit maintains the
unoccupied cooling setpoint. Reset will reset the
supply air based on space temperature. Setpoint will
allow the units supply air temperature setpoint to be
set, and the unit will supply this temperature air any
time the unit is in unoccupied cooling mode.
26. Reset (default)
Standby Heat SP
Displays and sets the supply air temperature the unit
will produce when in standby mode, heating, and set
to supply air only.
Default: 65°F
Range: 45 to 90°F
Standby Cool SP
Displays and sets the supply air temperature the unit
will produce when in standby mode, cooling, and set
to supply air only.
Default: 75°F
Range: 50 to 110°F
Stndby Spc Offst
Displays and sets the offset from the occupied space
temperature setpoint, when the unit is in standby
mode and resetting the supply temperature based on
the space temperature. The offset is divided in half
and then added to the cooling setpoint, and subtracted
from the heating setpoint. For example if the unit is
set to a 70°F space setpoint and the unit is put in
standby mode with the occupied standby space offset
left at the default of 4°F, the heating setpoint would
be 68°F, and cooling setpoint would be 72°F.
Default: 4°F
Range: 0 to 20°F
