Unocc DB (5°F, adjustable) is combined with the space unoccupied heating and cooling setpoints (60°F and 80°F, adjustable) to determine unoccupied operation. Night Purge Ena Select whether the unit bases its economize calculations on space enthalpy vs. outside air enthalpy or space temperature vs. outside air enthalpy. The hot water will be allowed to modulate to maintain a coil temperature when unoccupied. Editable Range: 0-70°F Default: 45°F Low Limit Setpt Displays an alarm condition for the supply air temperature. When the measured supply air temperature is less than the supply air temperature low alarm setpoint (36°F, adjustable), the low alarm is True. . The temperature must be below this setpoint minus one half the deadband for five minutes to initiate the alarm, and once in alarm the supply air temperature must rise above this setpoint plus one half the deadband for five minutes for the alarm to clear. When in supply air temperature low alarm the unit will be shut down. If the unit goes into supply air temperature low alarm three times in a 24 hour period the unit will require a manual reset to restart. Editable Range: -20-60°F Default: 36°F Low Lockout SP The number of times the unit will wait five minutes and automatically reset on a low limit, before it will require a manual reset. Editable Default: 3 Min Sup VFD Spd Displays the minimum speed in percentage of design speed the supply fan will be allowed to run. Depending on how the unit is designed many factors control the fan speed. This setpoint will set the lowest VFD speed that any of these sequences can lower the supply fan speed. Editable Range: 50-100% Default: 50% Max Sup VFD Spd Displays the maximum speed in percentage of design speed the supply fan will be allowed to run. This setpoint should be used when air balancing the unit. If more air is needed the speed can be increased up to 10% above design, or 110%.
