3. Regular attendance at Sunday school is deemed by the Governing<br />

Body <strong>to</strong> be once a month, for the 12 months prior <strong>to</strong> the closing date for<br />

applications.<br />

4. The home address is deemed by the Governing body <strong>to</strong> be the child’s<br />

permanent home address. This is where the child and parent, or the<br />

person who has care of the child or parental responsibility, normally<br />

live. If you are separated and your child spends time at each parents<br />

address the Governing Body deems that the address which is used for<br />

admissions is that of the main carer. Therefore the address of the<br />

parent who receives Child Benefit will be used.<br />

5. If a tie occurs in the case of twins, triplets etc.. then the older child will<br />

be offered the place.<br />
