Our <strong>Training</strong> Services support customers with dedicated training courses, tailored to the<br />
specific installation/vessel. Customer training is always tailor-made to the actual scope for<br />
delivery hardware that is installed. Customer training covers mechanical hydraulic, pneumatic<br />
and electric/electronics systems, with additional focus on safe operation and preventive<br />
maintenance.<br />
WLSA is also the platform for upgrading the skills and performance quality of our own<br />
Wärtsilä Services network experts.<br />
Wärtsilä Land & Sea Academy (WLSA) <strong>Training</strong> Centre in the Netherlands offers its<br />
participants :<br />
• Classrooms equipped with all modern teaching and training aids, such as<br />
smartboards and simulators.<br />
• A complete Controllable Pitch Propeller installation for hands-on.<br />
• Several Wärtsilä and Deutz engines for hands-on.<br />
