Ella BorrOWs<br />
Ella has had wide involvement in<br />
education, social service and community<br />
law committees and boards since moving<br />
to South <strong>Taranaki</strong> in 1986. Currently she is<br />
Chair of the South <strong>Taranaki</strong> Medical Trust<br />
and until her election to the <strong>Board</strong>, was an<br />
Associate of the <strong>Health</strong> Consumer Service,<br />
a complaint resolution service for health<br />
consumers in the <strong>Taranaki</strong> region. Ella is<br />
a member of the Community and Public<br />
<strong>Health</strong> and Disability Support Advisory<br />
Committee and is Chair of the Hospital<br />
Advisory Committee.<br />

PAULINE LOCKETT<br />
Pauline Lockett, CA, has lived in New<br />
Plymouth since 1981 and is an appointed<br />
member of the <strong>District</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Board</strong>.<br />
Currently she is a Councillor with the New<br />
Plymouth <strong>District</strong> Council where she is<br />
also the Chairperson of the Investment<br />
Sub Committee and is a Councillor on<br />
the Monitoring Committee. Pauline is<br />
a member of the <strong>District</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Board</strong>’s<br />
Hospital Advisory Commmittee and<br />
the Finance, Audit and Compliance<br />
Committee.<br />

shares in Fletcher Building Ltd.<br />
Colleen Tuuta<br />
Colleen is affiliated to the following<br />
tribes: <strong>Taranaki</strong> Tuturu, Ngati Mutunga,<br />
Te Atiawa, and Ngati Mahuta. Colleen<br />
is currently a Director of the TSB Bank<br />
Limited, a Government appointed<br />
representative for NZ Women on the<br />
Public Advisory Council for the Legal<br />
Services Agency of the Ministry of Justice<br />
in NZ, a Trustee on Mahia Mai a Whai-<br />
Tara Trust – an A&D <strong>Health</strong> provider, New<br />
Plymouth Girl’s High School – <strong>Board</strong> of<br />
Trustee, Philanthropy NZ – Māori Advisory<br />
Committee member, a Trustee of Inspiring<br />
Communities Exchange.<br />

Flora Gilkison<br />
Flora has lived in New Plymouth for more<br />
than 20 years. Flora is an elected member<br />
of the <strong>District</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Board</strong>, where she<br />
is Chairman of the Community & Public<br />
<strong>Health</strong> Committee and Disability Support<br />
Advisory Committee, and a member of<br />
the Compensation and Appointments<br />
Committee. Flora is also a <strong>Board</strong> member<br />
of the Fulford Radiology Services Ltd.<br />
Flora has a Doctorate in Management and<br />
a strong senior management background<br />
including past Director General for New<br />
Zealand Red Cross and Dean of Faculty<br />
of Business and Technology at the<br />
Waikato Institute of Technology. She is<br />
currently working as Principal of Pacific<br />
International Hotel Management School in<br />
Bell Block.<br />
