Productive Operating Theatre” (T-POT)<br />

productivity improvement initiative and<br />

the Ministry of <strong>Health</strong> in September 20<strong>11</strong>.<br />

The focus of the DHB’s implementation<br />

will be to address known scheduling,<br />

booking and patient preparation issues<br />

that are currently impacting on the<br />

delivery of surgery.<br />
