5 Levels of Service
Levels of service are an expansion of the Mission Statement. The levels of service define the
standard required that CHW aims to provide to its water supply and sewerage customers.
Below are CHW long term LOS targets adopted for provision of water supply and sewerage
services and their current performance.
The levels of service below were reviewed and finalised in a workshop with Council staff in
July 2011.
