AREAS SU8JECT TO EXAMINATIONS:<br />
CLASS 1 CODE CATEGORY B-0<br />
The areas snalT include the nozzle-to-vessel weld and adjacent areas as shown<br />
in ASME Section XI, Figure IWB-25OOD.<br />
EXTENT AND FREQUENCY OF EXAMINATIONS:<br />
Program such that at least 25X <strong>of</strong> the required examinations shall nave been<br />
completed after 1/3 <strong>of</strong> the 10-year inspection interval has expired (with<br />
credit for no more than 33-1/3X if additional examinations are completed) ana "<br />
at least 50% after 2/3 <strong>of</strong> tne inspection interval has expired (with credit for<br />
no more than 66-2/3S). The remainder shall be completed by the end <strong>of</strong> the<br />
inspection interval.<br />

See Relief Request #7 for nozzle inner radius exams on the top head nozzles<br />
N6A, N68, and N7.<br />
•Use nozzle inner radius procedures E50YP31, E5OYP32, and E5OYP33 on all<br />
nozzles, except the top nead nozzles, N6A, N6B, ana N7, and jet pump<br />
instrumentation noi2les, N8A and N88. On the top head nozzles use PT<br />
procedure IP-S752. On tne Jet pump instrumentation nozzles use MIUR-S752<br />
supplemented oy E5OYP31 for Zone 1.<br />
