Mr Groppoli was appointed<br />
to the Board on 4 July 2006.<br />
Mr Groppoli was a partner of<br />
national law firm Deacons (now<br />
Norton Rose) from 1987 to 2004<br />
where he specialised in franchising<br />
(and related wholesale and retail<br />
distribution networks), mergers<br />
and acquisitions, and corporate<br />
governance. He was Managing<br />
Partner of the Perth office of<br />
Deacons from 1998 to 2002.<br />
Mr Groppoli left private practice<br />
in 2004 and is currently Managing<br />
Director of Milners Pty Ltd,<br />
a leading Australian brand<br />
marketing group specialising in<br />
premium homeware products, and<br />
Aviva Optical Pty Ltd, an importer<br />
and national distributor of optical<br />
products and accessories.<br />
Mr Groppoli is a director of the<br />
Senses Foundation and public<br />
unlisted entities Retravision (WA)<br />
<strong>Limited</strong> and Electcom <strong>Limited</strong><br />
which manage and service the<br />
Retravision, Westcoast Hi Fi<br />
and Fridge & Washer City retail<br />
brands in WA, SA and NT.<br />

Experience and expertise<br />
Ms Horton was appointed<br />
a non-executive director on<br />
3 May 2012. Ms Horton has<br />
extensive international business<br />
and education experience most<br />
recently as Winthrop Professor and<br />
Dean of the UWA Business School<br />
where she was responsible for<br />
leading more than 200 faculty and<br />
staff and around 5,000 students.<br />
Prior to this role she was a senior<br />
manager and partner at Bain and<br />
Company in San Francisco and<br />
Poynton and Partners in Perth<br />
and was an economist at the<br />
Reserve Bank of Australia.<br />
Ms Horton has significant<br />
governance experience currently<br />
serving on a number of Boards<br />
including ASX listed Skilled Group<br />
<strong>Limited</strong> and Navitas <strong>Limited</strong>, as well<br />
as Cullen Wines and D’Orsogna.<br />
Ms Horton also chairs the Boards<br />
of the not-for-profit Western<br />
Australian Museum Foundation and<br />
Presbyterian Ladies College.<br />
