NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Ottawa
County, Ohio:
THAT, the Board hereby adopts the combined rules and regulations of the sewer subdistricts
which shall be known as the "Ottawa County Sewer District Wastewater Rules .
and Regulations" as prepared by the Sanitary Engineering Department and presented
to the Board on this date; and,
THAT, the information contained therein shall pertain to all the sewer sub-districts
unless specifically stated otherwise in the rules and regulations; and,
THAT, the Wastewater Construction Specifications Manual shall represent the official
standard wastewater specifications for Ottawa County and shall be an inclusive
document with the Wastewater Rules and Regulations; and,
Vote on the Resolution: Mr. Redfern, yes; Mr. Amdt, yes; Mr. Fritz, yes.
