YOUTH AND RECKEATION CAMP - Equivalency factor of 0.125/person, minimum of
1.000. A Lracl of land and included buildings used on a seasonal basis for he

DOCK SPACES - Equivalency factor of 0.100 per space, minimum of 1.000. A
commercial facility used for the storage of boats during the summer months from
which a boat can be made operable within a short period of time. This includes dry
rack storage.
OFFICE BUILDINGRETAIL STORE - Equivalency factor of 0.050/employee, minimum of
1.000. Retail store is a commercial establishment not otherwise listed in the
commercial user class which participates in the sale, purchase, or exchange of goods
and services.
2. FRONTAGE MULTIPLIER (F.M.) - For parcels of land occupied with a single
family residence with frontage greater than 60.99 feet, the following
multiplier is used for the determination of the assessment:
Frontage: F.M.
60.99' or less 1 .OO
61' - 80.99' 1.14
81' - 100.99 1.38
101' - 120.99' 1.63
121' or greater 1.87
The length of the lot fronting the sewer determines which multiplier LO use.
For corner lots which front the sewer on a long and short side, the frontage
multiplier is based on the side which the mailing address is on. If the comer
lot is empty and thus a mailing address has not yet been assigned. the
frontage multiplier is based on the longer side of the property which fronts
the sewer.
In cases where a commercial assessment is less than the frontage assessment,
the assessment to the commercial property will be based upon the higher
value.
3. PROPERTY STATUS MULTIPLIER (P.S.M.) - A property status multiplier is
applied 10 parcels of land depending on
he properly stalus or currenl use.
