Hoons in the street are beyond a joke. There is no point calling the police… by the time they arrive the hoons are gone.
Only the ocational burnouts by hoons.
I can not let my children walk to and from school because of lack of safe crossing on Kari St
Need control of hoon drivers at night that do wheelies… just look at the skid marks
