The Company focuses
on preparing the
grounds’ infrastructure
as well as building
and modernizing the
LETIA BUSINESS
CENTER (LBC) office,
conference and
exhibition building.
It is also searching
for new tenants. In
the next few years,
LBC is planned to be
an important locale
for conference and
exhibition facilities
in Poland.
The key goals of the Legnica Technology Park include acquiring innovative investors, development of entrepreneurship,
providing investors with support in the development of state-of-the-art technologies, and creating new, permanent
jobs.
The Technology Park offers spacious grounds together with infrastructure, rental offices, and access to specialized
media. The Company’s strategy includes development in the following fields:
• Creating the proper infrastructure to provide businesses with good conditions for conducting business activities
and increasing the Park’s grounds’ attractiveness for investors (LBC investment, preparing investment grounds)
• Assistance in establishing, developing and promoting economic entities using state-of-the-art technologies,
especially among small and medium enterprises
• Stimulating the development of the advanced technology industry and creating favorable organizational, material
and logistics conditions for the commercialization of the achievements of science and new technologies.
KGHM LETIA currently houses 27 enterprises employing approximately 200 people.
