S<strong>in</strong>ce its <strong>in</strong>ception, the Center has been a part of Polish and <strong>in</strong>ternational enterprise support<br />
networks: SOOiPP, <strong>Innovation</strong> Relay Centre, Enterprise Europe Network. To date, it has<br />
implemented 20 technologies from the fields of production eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g, modern production<br />
technologies and production process automation.<br />
The Lubl<strong>in</strong> Technology Transfer Center provides various <strong>in</strong>formation, consult<strong>in</strong>g and<br />
tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g services <strong>in</strong> the fields of technology, eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g and production control and<br />
management. It establishes and develops direct cooperation between the University<br />
and bus<strong>in</strong>esses. The Center popularizes knowledge and promotes the University’s<br />
achievements <strong>in</strong> the area of production technology and organization. It also sells and<br />
at times freely distributes research and development data to <strong>in</strong>terested external entities<br />
and also works to establish and develop direct cooperation between the University<br />
and entrepreneurs <strong>in</strong> terms of technology, organization, production control and<br />
management.<br />
The Lubl<strong>in</strong> Technology Transfer Center cooperates with state and municipal authorities<br />
<strong>in</strong> the area of technology transfer. It organizes conferences, symposiums and fairs<br />
and participates <strong>in</strong> the gather<strong>in</strong>g, process<strong>in</strong>g and distribution of data regard<strong>in</strong>g the<br />
development of quality, transfer of technology and entrepreneurship for the benefit<br />
of economic and scientific organizations and other <strong>in</strong>stitutions. In connection with<br />
the Regional <strong>Innovation</strong> Strategy be<strong>in</strong>g implemented <strong>in</strong> the prov<strong>in</strong>ce, the Center is<br />
monitor<strong>in</strong>g and evaluat<strong>in</strong>g the enterprises’ technological potential and their need for<br />
<strong>in</strong>novation.<br />
