WIPH has received the Distinction of the Head of the Wielkopolskie Province in the “Leaders
in Implementing Regional Innovation Strategies in Poland” competition (October 2009). It
also received the Diploma of the Head of the Wielkopolskie Province for participation in the
works of the “Strategic Ten of the Poznań Subregion” along with significant contributions to
building an economic change forecast and management system under the project “AHEAD
OF CHANGE – support for adaptation and modernization projects in the Wielkopolska region”
(March 2011).
The Chamber’s mission consists in supporting the development of businesses and effectively representing the
interests of companies in the Wielkopolska region. It provides services in accordance with the standards of the National
Service System as well as PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard in the fields of information, consulting and training services.
Since April 2008, the certificate also covers pro-innovation consulting services.
The Chamber actively cooperates with many academic institutions as well as other pro-innovation institutions at
home and abroad. The exchange of experience and knowledge with partner institutions enables it to constantly
broaden its range of services.
The Chamber’s pro-innovation activities include specialist consulting, technology and energy audits, supporting
technology transfer and cooperation between science and business, as well as developing and coordinating cluster
links.
The Chamber also conducts pro-export activities by analyzing the companies’ export potential, preparing export
development plans, organizing study trips and bringing together partners.
It also helps companies in implementing EU projects and offers a wide range of training courses co-financed from
EU programs.
