HXE4-R<br />
The HXE4-R Remote Head Battery<br />
Powered Hydraulic Open Frame Crimp<br />
Tool is a portable, self-contained crimp<br />
tool. The lightweight crimp head is connected<br />
to the battery and pump unit by a<br />
hydraulic umbilical cable. This reduces the<br />
held weight to 2 pounds, about the same<br />
as the manual tool. The battery and pump<br />
unit can be worn by the operator on a<br />
tool belt, stored in a carrying case, or<br />
mounted to a bench top. It is equivalent<br />
to DMC’s HX4 hand tool and uses the<br />
same Y-dies. (See page 71 & 77).<br />
