Allegheny River Headwaters Conservation Plan Chapter 7. Management Recommendations GOAL 1-5: IDENTIFY AND REDUCE IMPACTS CAUSED BY ACIDIC PRECIPITATION (CONTINUED). Objective 2. Increase the acreage of land enrolled in the Agricultural Security Area Programs, conservation easements, or other conservation programs in order to maintain active agricultural production. Establish incentives to reward landowners who purchase conservation easements or participate in conservation programs.
