Sam Sallon is a young veteran of the
stage. His lucid no-frills songwriting has
won him the support of a loyal following.

Rodrigo y Gabriela at the City Varieties
Music Hall, Lyle Lovett at the Royal
Festival Hall, Nouvelle Vague at the
Pigalle, Fionn Raegan at the Luminaire,
Kamila Thompson at the Troubadour,
Nick Harper at the 12 Bar, Johnny Flynn
at Matt & Phred’s, Son of Dave at the
Barfly and Pete Doherty at the Royal
Albert Hall.

John Malcolm has an accomplished and
long-standing career in the Scottish Folk
Music Scene.
As a solo performer and member of
the long established Scots Folk Group
Cruachan John’s eclectic mix of Scots,
Irish and American songs continues to be
warmly received by audiences throughout
Scotland and mainland Europe.
John’s song writing ability was recognised
during Glasgow’s Year of Culture when
he won a competition at the “world
famous” Scotia Bar in the city.
John’s new album ‘Sands of Time’ was
selected album of the week by Celtic
Music Radio in February 2009.
During the last few years John has been
passing on his song writing skills to pupils
in schools in South Lanarkshire.

Heather Innes & Jacynth Hamill
Music to take with you on life’s journey
and as an aid to your travelling.
Caim are Scotland’s Heather Innes and
Ireland’s Jacynth Hamill. With music
ranging from the lively to the meditative,
Caim aims to bring the depth and
simplicity of Celtic music to a wide
audience. Concerts include Scottish and
Irish traditional songs, contemporary
folk songs, Gaelic song, stories and Irish
dancing as well as Celtic prayers.
Caim music touches the heart, bringing a
sense of calm, uplift and peace. Caim are
available for church services, meditative
retreats, conferences, workshops and
concerts (including ‘House Concerts’).
Live Jacynth and Heather sing a cappella
and in harmony for a pure Celtic sound,
with the occasional beat of the bodhrán.

The UK’s greenest band have been
thumping out their brand of junk
percussion on shopping trolleys,
plastic barrels, gas pipes and kitchen
sinks since 1993! They promote and
celebrate that Global Green message
of Reduce – Reuse and Recycle to
Festival, Corporate, Environmental and
Educational audiences.
Past bookings include street corners to
stadiums, from Glastonbury to opening
of the Commonwealth Games. WOS also
facilitate junk percussion workshops for
all ages and abilities which adds to the
fantastic festival experience.
WOS have recently lent their music and
videos have been added to the UN
“Seal The Deal” campaign. WOS now
offset all their carbon emissions through
Tree Appeal and have recently recorded
Eco Hop tracks with Akil and
Domanique Larue.
