Technical Officials Handbook- ArcheryTransportAll Technical Officials are entitled to T4 transport services. Buses will be used to transfer alltechnical officials to/from the Airport, Accommodation Sites, and Competition Venues,Opening/Closing Ceremonies and official functions or meetings.Commonwealth Games Accreditation Level EntitlementsT4 accredited technical officials will be able to travel from their official Accommodation Site to theCompetition Venues (and in certain cases , to training sites) in accordance with the CompetitionSchedule. Low Floor AC Buses will be used for this service.Airport TransportationUpon arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, direct transportation will be provided to allaccredited technical officials up to their official accommodation. The accompanying luggage may becarried inside the buses, but luggage other than that shall be transported in luggage vans.For departures, technical officials will be provided direct transfers to the Indira GandhiInternational Airport.Service validity DatesTransportation services for all T4 accredited technical officials begin from 23 rd September 2010 upto 17 th October 2010.Transport to Training VenuesTransport services for training venues shall be available for certain sports only depending upon theofficial requirements.Transport to Opening/Closing CeremoniesTechnical Officials will be provided transport for Ceremonies Venue on the relevant dates andtimes.Transport for Official Meetings and FunctionsPre-booked services will be provided according to technical officials’ meeting requirements. Thisservice is available only when the booking is made 48 hours in advance. Technical Officials canmake the booking request through the Transport Desk at their official accommodation site.Transport to Competition VenuesScheduled services will be available to/from Competition Venues in accordance with theCompetition Schedule and the needs of each sport.Commonwealth Games 2010 18
