Technical Officials <strong>Handbook</strong>- ArcheryOpening Ceremony and Closing CeremonyThe Opening Ceremony of the XIX Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi will be held at the JawaharlalNehru Stadium at 7:00pm on 3 October 2010. The Athletes and Team Officials from all 71 CGAs willbe greeted with a wonderful Opening Ceremony to kick start the Games.Ticket AllocationA complimentary ticket for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies will be available to TechnicalOfficials who will be in Delhi on the dates of the Ceremonies. Under the Commonwealth GamesFederation Constitution, the following entitlements apply; Technical Officials are entitled to a seatat the Opening and Closing Ceremony. This ticket entitles the Technical Official to a seat in theFederation Stand.Technical Officials must show their ticket and Accreditation Pass to access their seat as this is anaccredited area.DistributionOpening and Closing Ceremony tickets will be distributed through the Technical Officials’ Hotel24hours prior to each Ceremony. Technical Officials are kindly requested to wear their formal attirefor the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.Transport to Opening and Closing CeremoniesTechnical Officials who hold a valid ticket to the Opening and Closing Ceremony will be provided witha shuttle service from the Technical Officials’ Hotel to the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
