humanresourcesCBSCOURSE GUIDE 2014HUMAN RESOURCESOverviewCBS is able to offer Human Resourcesprofessionals, or those with Human Resourcesresponsibilities nationally recognised unitsor qualifications.Nationally Recognised QualificationsTo receive a qualification, participants mustsuccessfully complete the assessments foreach unit listed under the qualification. Forinformation on different study options for thebelow nationally recognised qualificationsplease contact CBS.Qualifications available in this section include:BSB41013Certificate IV in Human Resources(6 core units and 4 electives required)BSB50613Diploma of Human Resources Management(6 core and 3 elective units required)BSB60907Advanced Diploma of Management (HumanResources)(6 core and 2 elective units required)BSB41013 CERTIFICATE IV IN HUMANRESOURCE (Core units only)PURPOSEThis qualification reflects the role ofindividuals who work in a range of supportpositions in human resources management.In smaller companies they may work acrossall human resources functional areas andin larger companies they may be assignedresponsibilities in units or business areasfocussed on discrete human resourcesfunctions, such as remuneration,workforce planning or human resourcesinformation systems.Please note that only the 6 core units fromthe qualification are offered.
