These people have considerableresponsibility for training program developmentand delivery, as well as assessment of trainingparticipants or employees.QUALIFICATION ENTRYParticipants wishing to enter the CertificateIV in Training and Assessment should haveexperience or be currently employed ina position that had responsibility for theprovision of training and assessment.Participants will also have skills in internetresearch, word processing and documentcreation, PowerPoint, and excellent verbal andwritten communication.NOTES:Participant commitment to learning – Whilethe above information refers to the facilitatedtime both models require clients to completeself-paced learning and/or assessment tasksin their own time. Some clients are ableto meet this the assessment requirementsin their workplace, participants are requiredto discuss this with the assessor. Forparticipants who are unable to accessgroup facilitation and meet the assessmentrequirements in their workplace CTEhas provided an optional group deliveryassessment opportunity. This entailsattending face to face for an additional twodays.
