These <strong>course</strong>sare designed to develop and enhancemanagerial competencies by focusing onpractical application and demonstration ofcompetencies within the workplace.CBS offers the above Managementqualifications using its successful work-basedlearning and assessment model. The workbasedlearning model enables participantsto tailor the qualification, selecting unitsof competency relevant to their learningand development needs in conjunction withtheir job role. Typicallythey would report to a manager. At this levelfrontline managers provide leadership andguidance to others and take responsibility forthe effective functioning and performance ofthe team and its work outcomes.QUALIFICATION ENTRYCBS conducts the Certificate IV in FrontlineManagement in an intensive format. Inthis format, participants are provided withessential pre-reading material, attendfacilitated training over 9 days and are thenrequired to complete assessment tasks intheir own time.
