Statement of ResponsibilityStatement of ResponsibilityThe Management is responsible for preparing the financialstatements for the financial year. These give a true and fair view ofthe state of affairs of UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. as of the endof the financial year and of the profit or loss and cash flow for thatyear. The financial statements are prepared on a going-concernbasis.In preparing the financial statements in annual report for the yearended 31 December 2007, the management has used appropriateaccounting policies, consistently applied and supported them byreasonable and prudent judgments and estimates, and ensured thatall accounting standards which they consider significant have beenfollowed.Management has the responsibility for ensuring that the Bank keepsaccounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy theBank’s financial position and which enable the management toensure that the financial statements comply in all material respectswith the regulations of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia,the Central Bank of Slovenia and the International FinancialReporting Standards as adopted by the EU.
