EXPANDING GLOBAL LAUNCH SERVICES 59this market sector. The international launch sectorshows a high grade <strong>of</strong> privatisation andcommercialisation. The problem is <strong>the</strong> missingliberalisation <strong>of</strong> this sector. There is still a relativelysmall number <strong>of</strong> players but this will change.• The private enterprises shall be given an higherimportance in <strong>the</strong> legislative process.• The discussion must not be focussed only onprivate enterprise's interests but must orientateon public interests as well.• Reference: Book <strong>of</strong> Mr. S.E.
