to Labeling. The shipper selects
“Adult Signature Required” under
“Delivery Confirmation,” and a
smart label is printed with all
necessary information included.
The printed delivery confirmations

Quantum View Notify SM
Quantum View Notify sends proactive
e-mail alerts of key shipment
events to as many as five e-mail
addresses per request, so you and
your customers stay informed about
the status of your most important
packages. You can choose any combination
of three critical shipment
alerts for a particular package:
when shipping information is
received by UPS, when the package
is delivered and when there is an
exception which results in a change
in the scheduled day of delivery.
With Quantum View Notify you can:
– Provide proactive customer service
by alerting customers before their
shipment is scheduled to arrive.
– Proactively alert your sales force
and service technicians that
critical shipments have arrived.
– Use the service whenever you
need visibility into a select
number of critical shipments.
– Send information about critical shipments
directly to your customers.
– Reduce time spent tracking
individual packages.
Quantum View Notify can be
requested at the time a shipment
is processed in UPS WorldShip,
UPS WorldShip International, UPS
CampusShip, UPS Internet Shipping
and UPS OnLine Compatible vendor
shipping systems approved to use
this service. Quantum View Notify
can also be selected post-shipment
at MyUPS.com ® .
Quantum View SM Data
Quantum View Data is an information
service that provides data files
as frequently as hourly about UPS
packages you ship, receive and
packages billed to your UPS
account. You’ll have proactive,
detailed shipping information about
your outbound and inbound UPS
packages readily available.
Quantum View SM Manage
Quantum View Manage allows
you to receive proactive shipment
status information without having
to provide a tracking number.
Information is available via
a user-friendly Web interface.
With Quantum View Manage, you
can create customized views of
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
shipping information, filter information
and results, search by criteria
you choose, set alerts, e-mail
interested parties with shipping
information and download data.
For United States Importers:
Quantum View Manage provides U.S.
importers with additional inbound
solutions and tools to:
– Expedite clearance delays.
– Automate customs compliance
