76 Export UPS Worldwide Express SM GUARANTEED ONE OR TWO DAYS* Guaranteed delivery to more than 215 countries and territories. Delivery is guaranteed next day to Canada, by 10:30 a.m. or noon the second business day to business centers across Europe, and by end of the second business day to all other destinations in Europe, Asia and Latin America. When you call for an early pickup from select U.S. metropolitan areas, overnight delivery of Express Envelopes and documents is guaranteed by the end of the next business day to the world’s most important business centers in Europe, Asia and Mexico. UPS Worldwide Express Plus SM Guaranteed delivery by 8:30 a.m. on the next business day to major metropolitan areas in Canada. Guaranteed delivery by 9:00 a.m. the second business day to major business centers in Europe. Add $40 to the appropriate Worldwide Express rate for each Worldwide Express Plus shipment. Customs Clearance Rates include pickup and door-todoor delivery with routine in-house customs clearance by UPS Supply Chain Solutions SM . Additional charges will apply if customs clearance is performed by brokerage offices other than those designated by UPS for clearing the services listed above. Customs clearance for the services listed above is provided by the UPS Supply Chain Solutions brokerage offices (formerly UPS Customhouse Brokerage offices) designated by UPS for handling small package customs clearance. Other UPS Supply Chain Solutions customs brokerage offices charge fees for clearance of small packages and freight. UPS 10 Kg Box ® and UPS 25 Kg Box ® Use the handy UPS 10 Kg Box or UPS 25 Kg Box for your larger UPS Worldwide Express Plus and UPS Worldwide Express shipments. Flat rates apply, with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lbs.) and 25 kg (55 lbs.), based on Express Plus and Express destination zones. Any shipments exceeding the maximum weights will be charged the regular Express rate for that weight shipment. See page 79 for rates. Shipping Information – There is no limit on the weight or number of pages you can enclose in an Express Envelope when shipping via UPS Worldwide Express Plus or UPS Worldwide Express service. – These UPS Worldwide Express Plus and UPS Worldwide Express rates also apply for document shipments from UPS Drop Boxes. – The Letter rate applies only to shipments sent in UPS Express Envelope or UPS Letter packaging. – Free UPS packaging is available. See pages 6 and 7. – UPS On-Call PickupSM is available at no additional charge. – The rates shown are for shipments originating in the United States. – To determine your destination zone, see section beginning on page 62. – Any fraction of a pound more than the weight shown requires the next higher rate. – Dimensional weight may apply. See page 21 for details. – An Extended Area Surcharge of $20 per shipment or $.20 per pound, whichever is greater, applies to shipments to certain international destinations. A listing of applicable destinations is available at UPS.com ® or by calling 1-800-782-7892. – To determine the rate for international multiple-package shipments, see page 74. – A Heavy Package sticker is required for any package weighing more than 70 pounds. See pages 8 and 9 for more information. – A package with an actual weight of more than 150 pounds will be accepted for transportation only through UPS SonicAir ® . See page 75.
