Their members issue recommendations concerningthe opportunity of creation, renovation or deletion of a diploma, and subsequently on the contents of theregisters.Diplomas of higher education issued in the name of the French StateThe entitlement to registration concerning national diplomas of higher education stems from the fact thatthe French State guarantees them via the evaluation and approval procedures.
