集 結 一 小 時 力 量Power Hour地 球 一 小 時 2011 已 於 香 港 圓 滿 結 束 。 現 在 是 時 候 延 續 地 球 一 小 時 的 精 神 。2011 年 3 月 26 日 晚 上 8:30, 香 港 連 同 全 球 134 個 國 家 及 地 區 參 與 地 球 一 小 時全 球 熄 燈 運 動 , 以 示 實 踐 可 持 續 生 活 的 決 心 。 全 港 所 有 大 學 及 逾 320 間 中小 學 , 以 及 超 過 3,200 間 公 司 和 大 廈 均 響 應 這 次 運 動 。3 月 26 日 晚 上 天 朗 氣 清 , 讓 我 們 可 以 捕 捉 到 此 鳥 瞰 港 島 的 景 象 。 熄 了 燈 的大 廈 表 示 香 港 對 惜 用 資 源 、 邁 向 更 光 明 未 來 的 決 心 。今 年 , 本 會 鼓 勵 市 民 延 續 地 球 一 小 時 的 精 神 , 在 日 常 生 活 中 善 用 資 源 ,實 踐 可 持 續 的 生 活 模 式 。Earth Hour Pool 環 保 大 組 團 (wwf.org.hk/ehpool) 為 市 民 提 供 一 個 網 上 平 台 , 讓 人 們 可 聚 集 一 起 共 用 資 源 。 你 可 以組 成 搭 車 團 、 電 視 團 、 遊 戲 團 或 晚 餐 團 一 齊 分 享 , 減 少 不 必 要 的 浪 費 ,內 容 更 會 張 貼 於 你 facebook 上 讓 朋 友 閱 覽 。Earth Hour 2011 was a success in Hong Kong. Now it’stime to go beyond the hour.Hong Kong was one of 134 countries that took part in Earth Hour,the global lights out campaign that promotes sustainable living, at8:30pm on 26 March. The city saw all its universities, as well as morethan 320 schools, and 3,200 buildings and companies participate inthe event.The night of 26 March was clear, making it possible for us tocapture this aerial image of the Hong Kong skyline. The darkenedbuildings show the city’s determination to strive towards a brightfuture by making an effort to conserve resources.This year, WWF-Hong Kong is encouraging people to go beyond thehour, and apply conservation practices to daily routines. The EarthHour Pool (wwf.org.hk/ehpool) provides an online platform forpeople to come together and pool resources and activities. You canstart car pools, TV pools, game pools or dinner pools, and eliminatewaste. Your efforts can be posted on your facebook wall!
