AVR add-on board• The AVR board has two Xtals – the main Xtal of 19.660.800Hz and the <strong>se</strong>condary Xtal of 32768Hzthat is connected to the pins of the asynchronous Timer/counter. U<strong>se</strong> this to generate exact realtime clocks.• All pins of PORTB are connected to the LED’s. A few pins (B4-B7) are also connected to the SPIcommunication pins.• Only 3 of the 8 AD pins are u<strong>se</strong>d for the moment – all the others are spare and can be u<strong>se</strong>d asdigital I/O or as analogue input.• All communication pins (SPI, RS232 and I2C) are connected to the bottom right connector.• The programmer pins are the typical SPI pins of the AVR + VCC,GND and RESET.
