4In connection with the importation and sales referred to in paragraphs(A) and (B) above, Respondent shall provide the Commission with two (2)copies of all invoices, delivery orders, bills of lading, and other documentsconcerning the importation and/or sale in question.Such copies shall beattached to the reports required by paragraphs (A) and (B) above.VI(Compliance and Inspection)(A)For the purposes of aiding the Commission in determining orsecuring compliance with this Order, Respondent shall retain any and allrecords relating to the importation into or the sale in the United States ofelectric power tools referred to in paragraphs V(A) and V(B) above that aremade and received in the usual and ordinary course of its business, whetherin detail or in sununary form, for a period of three (3) years from the closeof the reporting year to which they pertain.(B) For the purpases of aiding the Commission in determining orsecuring compliance with this Order and for no other purposes, and subject toany privilege recognized by Federal Courts of the United States, Respondentshall furnish or otherwise make available for inspection and copying to dulyauthorized representatives of the Commission, and in the presence of counselor other representative(s1 if Respondent so chooses, upon reasonable writtennotice by the Commission or its staff, all books, ledgers, accounts,correspondence, memoranda, financial reports, and other records or documentsin its possession or control, for the purposes of verifying any matter otstatement contained in the reports required under section V of this Order.
