The generally accepted criteria for testing the adequacy of aconsumer survey are:a) the proper universe sample must be selected <strong>and</strong> mined;b) a representative sample must be drawn from that universe;c) a fair <strong>and</strong> correct method of questioning must be used;d) the persons conducting the suvey must ba recognizedexperts;e) the data gathered must be accurately reported:f) the sampling plan <strong>and</strong> execution, the construction of thequestionnaire <strong>and</strong> the interview must be conducted inaccordance with generally accepted st<strong>and</strong>ards of procedure <strong>and</strong>statistics in the field of such surveys;g) the sampling <strong>and</strong> the interviews must be conductedindependently of tho attorneys in the case: <strong>and</strong>h) the interviewers must be adequately trained in the field<strong>and</strong> have no knowledge of the litigation or the purposes forwhich the survey is to be used.(Jacoby, Tt. at 2833-34; RXC 2026(c), Bunge W.S., at 2-3).258.
