The CEMPand will be the key environmental management document followed by the Project Managerduring construction and commissioning to ensure appropriate environmental managementpractices are followed.A copy of this REF and the CEMP is to be retained on site and produced upon request. TheCEMP will include:• details of environmental controls to be implemented including location and timing;• details of statutory requirements including any approvals and licences;• assignment of responsibility for implementation and monitoring of environmental controls;• reporting and emergency procedures;• contact details for all site personnel and agency contacts; and• corrective action requirements and their verification.Page 51 of 64
