COMMISSION KThis triennium report was prepared Prof. Bernard Veyret,Commission K Chair 2002-<strong>2005</strong>.In the last three years, Commission K has been veryactive in publishing articles in the RSB, sponsoring andorganising scientific meetings and preparing for the GeneralAssembly of Delhi (6 specific sessions and 3 shared sessions).It also shared the preparation of the white paper on SPS(Prof. J.
