4. Intersection Designa. Intersections shall be in substantial conformity with the designillustrations in this Section for the type of intersectionproposed.b. No more than two (2) streets shall intersect at any one point.c. All streets shall intersect as nearly as possible at 90-degreeright angles.d. When an off-set in alignment of a street occurs, a distance ofat least one hundred and twenty-five (125) feet shall separateopposing streets from centerline to centerline. (Amended5/15/2000)5. Streets entering upon opposite sides of a given street shall bein conformity with standards promulgated by the SouthCarolina DOT, Access and Roadside Management Standards,Section 3-D.6. Sight Distance at Intersectionsa. Sight distances for street intersections shall include a sighteasement of ten (10) feet as shown on intersection diagramsshall be reserved by the developer and dedicated toSpartanburg County with the recording of the Final Plat.
