4. Intersection Designa. Intersections shall be in substantial conformity with the <strong>design</strong>illustrations in this Section for the type of intersectionproposed.b. No more than two (2) streets shall intersect at any one point.c. All streets shall intersect as nearly as possible at 90-degreeright angles.d. When an off-set in alignment of a street occurs, a distance ofat least one hundred <strong>and</strong> twenty-five (125) feet shall separateopposing streets from centerline to centerline. (Amended5/15/2000)5. Intersection Spacinga. Streets entering upon opposite sides of a given street shall bein conformity with st<strong>and</strong>ards promulgated by the SouthCarolina DOT, Access <strong>and</strong> Roadside Management St<strong>and</strong>ards,Section 3-D.6. Sight Distance at Intersectionsa. Sight distances for street intersections shall include a sighteasement of ten (10) feet as shown on intersection diagramsshall be reserved by the developer <strong>and</strong> dedicated to<strong>Spartanburg</strong> <strong>County</strong> with the recording of the Final Plat. Thesight easement shall be sketched on the Final Plat before it isrecorded. (See Street Illustrations)b.
