Section 2.06-4Resource IdentificationProposed conservation subdivisions shall include a survey and inventory ofon-site resources, including:forested areas and tree linesactive agricultural landshistorical siteswetlandsflood hazard areaswildlife habitatsrare, threatened and endangered wildlife habitats and plantsscenic vistasland slopes exceeding 25 percentThe County Planning Department may assist in the identification of theseresources relative to a given site but it is the responsibility of the applicantdeveloperto provide a full and complete inventory of on-site resources.Section 2.06-5General Design StandardsProposed conservation subdivisions shall adhere to the following designstandards.1. Resource Protection DesignIdentified on-site resources shall be avoided in the design of aconservation subdivision. The developer shall design around suchresources to the extent practical and feasible. While excluding suchareas from development, they shall nonetheless be incorporated intothe overall site design.2. Cluster Development DesignAll conservation subdivisions shall adhere to cluster developmentdesign principles and practices. Clustering shall be done in such amanner as to meet the purposes of this Section.Section 2.06-6Specific Design StandardsTo qualify as a conservation subdivision, the following design standardsmust be met.1.
