You can download the clients from here. First you have to select the directory forthe platform and version you are looking for; for example: db2aixv7 (AIX Version7.x). Go down to the client then to the runtime sub-directory. There you will find aset of files, one for each fix-pack; download the one you need, for example:FP7_U482564_rtclnt.tar.Z (fixpack 7).
