These rel<strong>at</strong>ionshipsshould not be abused and if you are aware of such abuse it should bebrought to the <strong>at</strong>tention of a senior anaesthetist immedi<strong>at</strong>ely.In particular, you should contact the Anaesthesia Office, the clinicaldirector or the appropri<strong>at</strong>e consultant on call if you feel th<strong>at</strong> pressureis being applied to you to perform tasks th<strong>at</strong> it is not appropri<strong>at</strong>e foryou to perform, or to allow the inappropri<strong>at</strong>e over-running of oper<strong>at</strong>inglists.
